Registering with the Republic of Northern Cyprus Bar (law society) in 1974, Attorney Selçuk Gürkan opened his first law office across the Kyrenia Court, thereby setting the foundation of Gürkan & Gürkan Advocates and Legal Advisers. Throughout his career, Attorney Selçuk Gürkan specialized in cases against administrative bodies, administrative law, collection as well as banking cases, compensation cases, cases involving unpaid rent and eviction cases.
Having served various municipalities and banks as attorney and legal advisor, Attorney Selçuk Gürkan has a history of excellent client representation and success in legal cases. Gürkan is also experienced in wills and estates and has brought numerous legal cases, involving estates and disputes between inheritors, to a positive conclusion.
