Admitted into the Republic of Northern Cyprus Bar (law society) in 2007, Attorney Ayşe Gürkan then joined Gürkan & Gürkan Advocates and Legal Advisers. Attorney Ayşe Gürkan specializes in contracts, real estate as well as corporate law and serves clients during the process of individual purchases of goods and large-scale real estate, partnerships, founding and establishment of corporations and the transfer thereof, as well as project management.
Additionally, Attorney Ayşe Gürkan has a history of successful representation of clients and conclusion of legal cases involving, compensation cases due to contract violations, real estate cases, corporate liquidations, disputes among corporate shareholders, cases referred to the Competition Authority as per the competition law, compensation cases and other matters involving insurance law.
Also experienced in wills and estates, Attorney Ayşe Gürkan has various successes to her credit involving disputes among inheritors and estate cases. With her experience in the field of intellectual property law, more specifically in the registration of trademarks and brands, the transfer thereof, as well as violation of intellectual property rights, Attorney Ayşe Gürkan is among our Firm’s managing partners and has an excellent command of English.
