The firm has participated to the government sponsored E-Island event held in Acapulco.  Akan Gurkan was a speaker in the seminar on updating the legislation to comply with the recent EU wide changes to combat cyber crime and intellectual property rights. The seminar has other attendees from the public and education sector and from universities in Turkey.
